Saturday, August 1, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the Downtown Development Authority will host the first annual Countywide Summer
Sports Festival
A wide variety of interactive sports related activities featuring kid's activities, sports demonstrations, art, silent auction, food vendors, cars, boats and booths/displays are being planned and the list is growing. This exciting family (alcohol free) event is perfect for sports enthusiasts of all ages.
Come join the fun and learn the basics of volleyball, golf, soccer, basketball, watch a flag football tournament, have your bike safety inspected, shop the diverse retail and commercial district and see karate, power lifting, cheerleading and other demonstrations
